• Automation limits per risk tier. Each process gets a risk tier from its use case; the tier caps the automated share and sets a minimum quality sample. Time-limited exceptions by a risk officer. GET /v1/automation/tiers.
• Human in the loop by share of events. Supervised processes automate a share of eligible events (0 → 100% in stages) with a quality sample, auto-ramp, automatic rollback, a daily limit and a kill switch. GET|PATCH /v1/processes/{id}/automation, POST …/automation/pause.
• Use cases. A catalog of what AI can do by industry and department, tags for workspaces and people, and each workspace's own list. /v1/use-cases.
• Identity & access. Accounts in many workspaces, base and duty roles mapped to permissions, four-eyes for widening changes, API keys (nk_…), single sign-on (OIDC), two-step sign-in and a hash-chained audit log.
• Processes. Editable steps with versions, per-step controls (approval, SLA, amount cap, allowed tools), and capabilities bound to our apps or yours.
